An HIV infection is no longer always fatal. however the treatment regimen is complex due to the many different drugs that the patients need to take. Physicians frequently have difficulties in explaining the treatment schedule, especially to children or people from immigrant families who speak little or no German. Tab Tool shows children in a playful manner and adults with simple and clear instructions how and when to take their medication.
