The initiative aimed to encourage the reporting of violence motivated by homo- or transphobia and to send a clear message against anti-queer hostility.<\/p>\n<h3>The campaign at the center<\/h3>\n<p>The central question was: How can we empower people not to accept anti-queer attacks, but instead to actively report them? And how can we reach the urban community in a way that encourages them to show solidarity and take responsibility?<\/p>\n<p>As <strong>Allround Team GmbH,<\/strong> we had the privilege of conceptualizing, designing, and executing this campaign \u2013 a project that resonated with us not only professionally but also on a personal level. As an agency with queer leadership and a clear stance, we are committed to helping shape social discourse and fostering greater visibility.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2122\" src=\"https:\/\/www.allround-team.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/allruondteam_20231106_anzeigen_statt_aushalten_003.jpg\" alt=\"Zwei gro\u00dfformatige Plakate h\u00e4ngen in \u00f6ffentlichen Werbevitrinen im Au\u00dfenbereich. Beide Motive geh\u00f6ren zu einer Kampagne gegen queerfeindliche Gewalt und zeigen markante, farbenfrohe Schriftz\u00fcge. Das linke Plakat tr\u00e4gt die Aussage \u201eIch w\u00fcnsch\u2019 mir Liebe ohne Leiden!\u201c, das rechte \u201eLove is love! Baby don\u2019t hurt me!\u201c. Unter den Botschaften steht jeweils der Kampagnenclaim \u201eAnzeigen statt Aushalten \u2013 Gemeinsam gegen Queerfeindlichkeit\u201c. Auf beiden Plakaten befinden sich ein QR\u2011Code sowie Logos der beteiligten Institutionen. Die Gestaltung nutzt Regenbogenfarben, um Solidarit\u00e4t mit der LSBTIQ\u2011Community auszudr\u00fccken. Die Szene zeigt zwei aufmerksamkeitsstarke, \u00f6ffentlich sichtbare Kampagnenmotive im Stadtbild.\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Strategy &amp; Implementation<\/h3>\n<p>In close coordination with the participating organizations, we developed a holistic communication concept that addresses both those affected and witnesses. The campaign was designed to empower, raise awareness, and simultaneously provide easily accessible information. Our services included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project coordination and management <\/strong>of all involved partners<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conceptualization and development of a website<\/strong> for submitting reports, including informational materials<\/li>\n<li><strong>Development of concise taglines<\/strong> with a clear message<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design of four poster motifs,<\/strong> displayed throughout Cologn<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordination with print service providers<\/strong> and technical implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Special attention was paid to using a <strong>sensitive and inclusive visual language \u2013 <\/strong>one that avoids stigmatization and instead fosters connection. The imagery was intended not only to inform but also to resonate emotionally and inspire action.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2124\" src=\"https:\/\/www.allround-team.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/allruondteam_20231106_anzeigen_statt_aushalten_002.jpg\" alt=\"An einer Wand ist ein Display\u2011Regal mit mehreren Reihen bunter Postkarten angebracht. Die Karten zeigen verschiedene Slogans und Designs, teils auf Deutsch, teils auf Englisch. Besonders auff\u00e4llig sind Motive mit Aussagen wie \u201eLove is Love! Baby don\u2019t hurt me!\u201c, \u201eStop! In the Name of Love!\u201c und \u201eWillst du mit mir gehen?\u201c. Einige Karten tragen Logos oder Webadressen von Medien\u2011 und Werbeagenturen. Die Gestaltung wirkt lebendig und vielf\u00e4ltig, mit kr\u00e4ftigen Farben und typografischen Akzenten. Das Gesamtbild vermittelt den Eindruck einer kreativen, urbanen Kampagne mit gesellschaftlichen und emotionalen Botschaften.\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>The result: visibility, dialogue, empowerment<\/h3>\n<p>The \u201cAnzeigen statt Aushalten\u201d campaign was a resounding success. The posters drew attention in public spaces, the website saw active engagement, and the topic sparked numerous conversations \u2013 both within the community and beyond. The broad support from the city\u2019s residents and the participating organizations demonstrated that Cologne stands for diversity and against hate.<\/p>\n<p>For us as an agency, this project was more than just an assignment; it was a contribution toward an open, supportive city.
