Research
We systematically examine how your product performs in the customer test against that of your competitors. This will help us to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the current concept and to develop a specific user-friendly solution.
Then we go deeper into the functionality of the system in order to translate all use cases into corresponding operating steps. Finally, the entire dynamics of the interaction is illustrated and presented in Story Boards, which describe a complete operating scenario.

Information Architecture:
Information Architecture organizes, structures and labels functions, information and control operations so that users can intuitively engage with your product. This is how we build a user-friendly and fully accessible HMI.

Ergonomics:
Ergonomic assessments and consultations are conducted in line with the relevant standards (e.g. ISO and DIN). These assessments include a detailed analysis of reachability of controls, readability of displays and accessibility for abled-bodied and/or people living with a disability.

Wireframes:
The interaction design illustrates and defines the logic of an operation. In wireframes, we can show what happens on the screen as a response to an action (e.g. pressing a button). Doing a good job here ensures the product can later be understood intuitively by the customer.

Prototyping
We make ideas and concepts tangible. That is why we build prototypes with partial or full functionality. We integrate the controls and use them to manage the dialogues on the display. If necessary, we can also produce specific moulded parts in 3D printing.
You can determine the extent of integration of the HMI concept solutions – from stand-alone solutions with a simulated user environment (such as a driving simulator for transportation HMIs) to complete Client Hardware Integration where the HMI prototype controls the function in a real environment.

Testing
We carry out qualitative and quantitative studies which allow your concept to be put through its paces by test users.
These studies can be done in a simulated or real environment. The endurance test includes gathering objective data, such as time on task as well as error rates. These findings are complemented with subjective data obtained through interviews conducted for the assessment of usability and product acceptance.
This forms a valid basis for your final production decisions and leads to the ultimate success of your product.
