Our customers come to us from all around the world, and whether working internationally or locally we are committed to delivering a high-class service that satisfies the specific requirements of each of our clients and their particular customer base.
We work with customers across a wide range of industries – from automotive and aviation to pharmaceutical. We also work with customers from the world of retail and cosmetics, the field of medicine, and with national and international agencies providing financial services and consultancy. Alongside our multinational business sector work, we also provide services to start-ups, NGOs and public sector organizations.
In our work with each of our customers, we are driven by our desire to build a strong collaborative relationship which builds on the strengths we each bring. It is this, we believe, which ultimately leads to success.
Social Engagement
For us Social Engagement means community engagement and corporate social responsibility.
We believe that by being socially engaged we can learn from as well as contribute to the communities we are a part of.
For many years we have worked closely with a number of community organizations to understand the issues affecting our customers and to raise awareness.
For example, since the 1990s we have been involved in supporting community groups working in the area of HIV & AIDS. In more recent years we have sponsored and contributed to the setting up of an online platform for people living with Diabetes. Because of our involvement with these client groups, we have been able to act as a bridge between them as service users and potential service providers.
Since 2013 we have been developing the RaVE Principle. This principle is made up of a number of interlinking principles based on: Respect, Appreciation, Valuing, Exchange, Engaging and Empowering. In 2019 we sponsored and hosted RaVE Village as part of Strassenland – a street event exploring mobility and the question of how we can live more consciously, sustainably and resource-efficiently. By bringing a diverse group of people together with cutting edge technology, we were able to use VR (Virtual Reality) to investigate and explore the ways in which future technologies can improve access and aid social inclusion.
