Event Management & Social Media Marketing for GGLBC
Symposium on Diverse Supply Chains – a Milestone for Greater Diversity in Business
With its first hybrid symposium on promoting a diverse supply chain, the German LGBTIQ+ Business Chamber (GGLBC) has sent a powerful message: in support of greater visibility, increased exchange, and an inclusive future for the German economy. The event brought together over 100 participants from the business world, politics, SMEs, large corporations, and the public sector, providing a platform for inspiring ideas, practical discussions, and the formation of new partnerships.
The idea behind the symposium
Since its founding in 2019, the GGLBC has been committed to fostering greater diversity, innovation, and growth for all business operators in Germany. A core objective is to strengthen the queer community through targeted networking – specifically by connecting global corporations with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) led by LGBTIQ+ individuals. With this symposium, the chamber brought focus to a topic that has received little attention in Germany to date: diversity within supply chains.

Our role as an agency
As an SME led by lesbians, it was immediately clear to us that this topic deserves a platform – and we wanted to contribute to that. Consequently, we were tasked with event management and marketing support for the symposium. After immersing ourselves in the subject matter, we developed a bespoke concept that provides strategic and creative support for the GGLBC’s objectives. Our services included:
- Conceptualization and implementation of online marketing initiatives (website, social media)
- Design and production of promotional materials (flyers, business cards, folded leaflets)
- Organization, coordination, and direction of the event, including on-site technical aspects

The result: a strong signal for diversity
The symposium was a resounding success – not just in terms of numbers, but above all in its impact. Participants engaged in open discussions about opportunities and challenges, forged new connections, and developed shared perspectives for a more diverse economy. The feedback was clear: this topic belongs on the agenda – and the format proved highly effective.
Together with the GGLBC, we are proud to have created a platform that does more than just address the topic of diversity – it actively promotes it. We look forward to continuing our support for events that reimagine the economy: making it inclusive, sustainable, and future-oriented.
